Terms and Conditions

 1. DELIVERY

The customer must nominate just one address for the delivery of all products. The installation process is completed inside one day, however circumstances beyond our control may occasionally delay this process. The company will not be held financially responsible for any unforeseen delays. 

Sandbox Interiors shall not be liable for any losses, damages or expenses sustained by the customer or any other person in relation to the process of delivery and installation.

If the customer is unable to receive the order on the scheduled date, a restocking fee of $500 will apply. 


2. PAYMENT

Once a work order has been authorised and our terms and conditions accepted, a full invoice for the job will be forwarded to the customer the week prior to the scheduled install date. All invoices are due upon receipt of such unless a prior arrangement has been made with the managing director of Sandbox Interiors.


3. OPTIONAL PACKAGES

If the customer elects to purchase any of the Sandbox Interiors “Optional Extra” packages separately from the “Base Package”, an additional “separate order service fee” of $750 (excluding GST) per installation date will apply. This fee is in recognition of the additional administrative and logistical arrangements required when Optional Extra packages are purchased independently of the standard offering. Where multiple Optional Extra packages are purchased together and installed on the same date, only one fee will apply. All such fees will be clearly itemised on the customer’s invoice.


4. WARRANTY

All goods and services must be inspected within the first five business days of the installation date. If any goods or services are not in accordance with the contract, the company will require written notice of the claim details. 

Ownership of all products is transferred to the customer upon receipt of full payment and therefore it is the customer’s responsibility to make any claims directly with the manufacturer. All the necessary warranty paperwork will be left at the property on the day of installation.


5. INCLUSIONS AND INSURANCE

If a product is found to be damaged or inoperable at the time of the installation, a replacement will be sourced and installed at the earliest possible date. The cost of replacement will be covered by the company. The company is covered under its professional indemnity insurance, in the event of an onsite accident while installing, or if damage is caused to the property by an employee, or someone is injured on site. 

The customer must provide written advice to the company when making a claim for such an event. Once all the products have been installed, no further claims may be made. The company cannot be held liable for any damage, defects, or personal injuries after the installation date.


6. PRICING AND WORKORDERS

Once a workorder has been signed and accepted by the customer, it is the company’s responsibility to produce the required products and services on the day agreed to by both parties.

When the company accepts a customer’s signed work order, all products and services will be supplied for the price outlined in the contract. 

A customer may modify or cancel an order but not within five business days of the scheduled date. All requests to cancel or modify an order by a customer, must be made in writing. A $500 restocking fee will apply, if a customer cancels a complete job within five business days of the installation date. 

Prices quoted are based on package or bulk buy orders and all invoices include GST. When a price is quoted to a customer, it is based upon the fact that a bulk buy or package deal is already in place.


7. TERMS

The “Company” referred to within is Sandbox Interiors, ABN 81 207 787 280 and its successors and transferees. “The Customer” means any party who purchases Goods from the Company. “Goods” means supplies, stock-in-trade, consumables, services, standard products and merchandise.

Return and Refund Policy

Sandbox Interiors do not accept return of any goods unless the managing director at Sandbox Interiors has made an agreement to the contrary. A restocking fee will apply to any product that is returned to our warehouse for a refund or exchange (price upon application).
